| Biography |
Bob Cornell has come a long way since
his first job with Maiden Form Bra Company. Since 1978 he has
served as a nationally-recognized facilitator, trainer and consultant.
He is the founder of the People Skills Institute, Inc., which
has been selected as the Rocky Mountain Regional Supplier of
the Year and the National Supplier of the Year.
Bob’s work experience spans both the private and public
sectors. He has held numerous executive and management positions
ranging from supervisor to CEO — and counts education,
retail, training, real estate, government, hospitality and public
safety among the many industries he’s touched. His
efforts have earned him countless accolades, including receiving
the President’s Award
from Accor Economy Lodging (Motel 6/Red Roof Inns) for his contribution
to the
development of their managers across the USA.
Bob is a Certified MasterStream Instructor and holds a seat
on its Board of Advisors.
He is also a certified instructor for Development Dimensions
International (DDI), Human
Synergistics Inc. and Fred Pryor/CareerTrack Seminars. Bob is
nationally Certified
Consultant to Management, nationally Certified Professional Development
Trainer and
a Certified Mediator. He is the Senior Associate Director of
the Colorado chapter of the
National Bureau of Certified Consultants and member of the Executive
Advisory Board
of National Bureau of Certified Consultants. He has served on
the Board of Directors
of several corporations and takes an active role in his area’s
Chambersof Commerce.
Bob credits his success to his grandfather (a
West Indian immigrant), his mother
(a single parent who worked three jobs to support her family),
and an uncle who,
despite a physical disability, went on to become an international
writer and publisher.
Bob has maintained a high level of vitality in his public speaking,
writing, teaching
and facilitating. In the words of a former student his presentations
are "excitement
tempered with reality." |

fees are available for the first five
days booked in a given month, a minimum of 6 months in advance. |

a 1-hour driving radius of the area. |

Fee Schedule |
As consultants, we sell our time. With our time
comes all of the knowledge, skill and experience we’ve
gained -- focused on whatever you need. Different clients have
different needs – and different needs require different
relationships. With that in mind, here are the guidelines:
A Standard Contract features a reducing rate
as hours accumulate over the course of the entire relationship: |

The initial 10 hours are paid in advance.
Additional hours are billed as they are used, with a 2 hour minimum
session. Terms are Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility
of the client. |

A Retained Contract
reserves an agreed upon number of hours to work on a client’s
projects each month. The hourly rate is determined by the number
of hours reserved for a given month: |

25-50 hours |
$200/hr |

All Retained Contracts
begin on the 1st of the month. Minimum reservation is 10 hours
per month -- maximum is 50. 2 hour minimum session. The retained
rate only applies to the number of hours reserved. Retainers
are paid in advance. Unused hours are forfeited. Hours in excess
of those reserved are billable at the full Standard Contract
rate in effect at the time the overage occurs. Overtime hours
are billed separately – terms are
Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.
One month written notice is required to cancel a retained relationship. |
