ChangeGrid Administration & Interpretation — Using our proprietary diagnostic tool, CMIs help their clients understand current conditions affecting their perfomance as well as transitions they are undergoing. The ChangeGrid can be used for individuals, couples and groups of all sizes. Corporate Trend Analysis — This company-wide attitude and perception assessment is designed to assist corporate leaders identify and understand existing and potential trends within their organization. The Trend Analysis is a customized objective survey administered individually — and confidentially — to each employee within the organization by a team of professional trainers, coaches and consulting psychologists. The results of the Trend Analysis are revealed and reviewed privately with the corporate leader, then presented formally to the management staff. The Trend Analysis is offered as an independent product, and as part of MasterStream's Intensive corporate Training program. Performance Coaching — We offer a full range of individual and small group performance coaching services for executives, entrepreneurs and key employees. As specialists in performance coaching, our emphasis is placed on skills application directed toward a targeted outcome.
