WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED:
The Nature
of Change — In this module, we present
the six fundamental concepts on which the MasterStream
Technology is based: change, control, value, tension, structure
and fully-integrated honesty.
The ChangeGrid — During this module, participants
complete an individual "ChangeGrid" — our
proprietary diagnostic tool which reveals how they are
coping with the specific changes taking place in their
lives.
ChangeGrid Interpretation — In this module, participants
develop their skills at interpretating each of the ChangeGrid's
4 descriptive layers (see next page) and recognize patterns
formed on the ChangeGrid.
ChangeGrid
Maneuvers — Participants learn several
techniques for moving themselves and assisting others in
moving from where they are on the ChangeGrid to a more
beneficial position.
The Path
of Self Discovery — This module presents
a simple and powerful technique for affecting effortless
change at the individual and organizational levels.
Individual
ChangeWorks! Applications — This module
allows participants to practice applying the ChangeWorks!
system to various areas of their lives.
Group ChangeWorks!
Applications — This module enables
participants to design, administer and interpret ChangeGrids
at the duo, small group and organizational levels.
