OVERVIEW: 

ChangeWorks! — ChangeWorks! Personal & Professional Change Management System introduces participants to the "ChangeGrid"— our proprietary diagnostic instrument which reveals how well an individual or group is coping with the specific changes taking place in their personal and professional lives. The workshop provides thorough instruction in the completion and interpretation of the ChangeGrid and explores over a dozen ways that executives, managers and individuals can use the ChangeGrid to focus their attention and fine-tune their approach for implementing change. Equipped with the insights the ChangeGrid provides, the participants are then able to influence and support the change process more effectively.

ChangeWorks! is a truly unique training experience which goes far beyond the scope of typical change management programs. Rather than focusing on traditional goal setting and strategic planning activities at the executive level, ChangeWorks! turns its attention to the individuals who must make those changes happen — the managers charged with the responsibility of implementation. While other programs offer managers many insights into their employees' attitudes toward change, ChangeWorks! concentrates on enhancing a manager's ability to guide their employees during times of transition — to reduce their resistance and boost their productivity

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

EXECUTIVES will learn how to "prepare the ground" for change and how to package and present change in a way that minimizes resistance and boosts cooperation between themselves, their management team and their employees.

MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS will learn to predict how their employees will respond to any existing, proposed or imminent change in their work and how to assist each individual in coping with those changes while maintaining productivity.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES will learn to anticipate how their clients and prospects will react to the changes taking place in the organization and how to introduce those changes in a way that increases the company's perceived value to the client — and protects existing business relationships.

TRAINERS & CONSULTANTS will learn to pinpoint areas where individuals and groups of individuals are struggling with change, how to design counseling and training programs to directly address the needs of those individuals and how to monitor their progress in adjusting to change.

PERSONNEL MANAGERS & RECRUITERS will learn to make better decisions regarding staff assignment and re-assignment — and learn to profile how a job candidate will respond to the changes taking place in the organization before the individual is hired.

INDIVIDUALS will learn how they are responding to the various changes taking place in all areas of their lives and how to harness their ability to do what needs to be done to support their manager in affecting a timely change.

 

WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED:

The Nature of Change — In this module, we present the six fundamental concepts on which the MasterStream Technology is based: change, control, value, tension, structure and fully-integrated honesty.

The ChangeGrid — During this module, participants complete an individual "ChangeGrid" — our proprietary diagnostic tool which reveals how they are coping with the specific changes taking place in their lives.
ChangeGrid Interpretation — In this module, participants develop their skills at interpretating each of the ChangeGrid's 4 descriptive layers (see next page) and recognize patterns formed on the ChangeGrid.

ChangeGrid Maneuvers — Participants learn several techniques for moving themselves and assisting others in moving from where they are on the ChangeGrid to a more beneficial position.

The Path of Self Discovery — This module presents a simple and powerful technique for affecting effortless change at the individual and organizational levels.

Individual ChangeWorks! Applications — This module allows participants to practice applying the ChangeWorks! system to various areas of their lives.

Group ChangeWorks! Applications — This module enables participants to design, administer and interpret ChangeGrids at the duo, small group and organizational levels.
