The entire family of MasterStream® Method training programs and professional services are marketed and delivered by our team of Certified MasterStream Professionals.

Certified MasterStream Professionals — or "CMPs" — are established professional speakers, trainers, coaches and consultants who partner with us in bringing our proprietary MasterStream Method training programs and professional services to the global marketplace. Each operates a separate and distinct private practice or small training company and has chosen to include the MasterStream Method in their client offerings.

CMPs complete a rigorous certification training program and participate in an ongoing professional development program throughout their entire relationship with T. Falcon Napier & Associates, Inc. In addition, our instructors are required to attend periodic conferences to update their skills and expand their program offerings covering the latest applications of the MasterStream Method.

Each CMP holds one or more specific designations, depending on the topics in which they have chosen to be certified. While some of our instructors specialize in just one or two topic areas, most others continue to broaden and deepen their understanding of the MasterStream Method and all of its applications by pursuing additional certifications and designations. The highest level of achievement among our CMPs is the "Certified MasterStream Instructor" designation, which is awarded ONLY to those individuals who have completed ALL of the topical certifications and met a variety of performance standards.

Our goal is to expand our elite and exclusive team of independent Certified MasterStream Professionals (CMPs) into every major metropolitan area around the country — and around the world.
