We've been providing program content and support to independent human development professionals for over two decades now. "Building a Career that Matters" is a comprehensive business development program offered without charge or obligation to our peers and colleagues throughout the industry. The program includes:

• an individually-produced report based on your online assesssment
• an overview session and basic orientation to your report
• a private consultation explaining what your assessment revealed
• 25 weeks of teleclasses covering over 50 hours of program content
• audio recordings and transcriptions of every session

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Take the BBVA.

Begin by completing the online "Basic Business Viability Assessment for Speakers, Trainers, Coaches and Consultants" It will take you through a thorough and systematic examination of your current business and reveal areas of both strength and weakness.

Step 2: Participate in the BBVA Interpretation sessions.

The information you provided electronically during the BBVA is actually tabulated manually and turned into an individually-produced report. Once your report is finished (usually within 2 business days), you will receive a copy of your report via email, as well as instructions on how to complete both the overview and indepth BBVA interpretation sessions. This step alone has a fair market value of $500 or more and will prove to be among the most insightful experiences you'll ever have.

Step 3: Tap into the "Building a Career that Matters" teleclasses.

After completing the BBVA Interpretation sessions, you'll be given access to the "Building a Career that Matters" course. Whether you’re new to our industry or a seasoned veteran, this set of 25 information-packed teleseminars will help you to get on – and STAY on — the right path for building a successful professional practice as a speaker, trainer, coach or consultant.

Once each week, T. Falcon Napier (the creator of the MasterStream® Method and ChangeWorks® System) shares the insights, tools and techniques he’s gained over his 20+ years of experience, exploring 25 “Key Questions” that focus on the 25 “Problem Areas” every human development professional faces.

Each session is independent of the others, so you can begin at any time — and all sessions are recorded and transcribed for around-the-clock access.
