The Certified ChangeWorks Practitioner Curriculum — ALL candidates begin by completing the basic Certified ChangeWorks Practitioner (CCP) designation. Two options are available: The 8-week ChangeWorks telecourse: Candidates for the CCP designation may choose to begin by completing an 8-week telecourse. One session is held each week, on Tuesday evenings from 6:30PM to 9:30PM Eastern Time. All sessions are recorded so that candidates can review the coursework whenever they would like and enable candidates who cannot attend a live class to listen to the sessions at their convenience. All sessions involve both pre-session and post-session assignments. Quizzes are conducted throughout the course, as well a comprehensive final exam. The workshop is held from Thursday morning through Saturday evening from 9AM to 7PM each day. The workshop involves both pre-workshop and homework assignments. Quizzes are conducted throughout the course, as well a comprehensive final exam. The Certified ChangeWorks Analyst Curriculum — Candidates who choose to obtain their Certified ChangeWorks Analyst designation complete a year-long training program, which involves participating in a 1-hour teleclass every week: 1) 26 bi-weekly "Advanced ChangeWorks Applications" teleconferences 2) 26 bi-weekly "CCA Forum" teleconferences The "Advanced ChangeWorks Application" teleconferences: These 60- to 90-minute sessions focus on the many ways that the ChangeGrid can be used for personal development, individual coaching, business management, corporate training, human resources, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, strategic planning and an ever-growing list of personal and professional situations. Like everything else, these sessions are recorded for your ongoing reference. The "CCA Forum" teleconferences: Every other week, ChangeWorks Analysts from every level of experience join together to discuss various issues, including: ChangeGrid interpretation, business development, training program design and ChangeWorks integration, to name just a few. These 60- to 90-minute sessions are recorded and catalogued in a unique way that allows CCAs to search the CCA Forum archives by subject. The Schedule — The Certified ChangeWorks Practitioner telecourse schedule for 2008 will be avialable soon. Classes are held every Tuesday for eight consecutive weeks from 6:30PM-9:30PM Eastern Time. Candidates who are unable to attend a class can, of course, listen to the recordings and email any questions they may have directly to Mr. Napier.
