Biography
Since Bob Rodachy began his career as a professional performance consultant in 1987, his goal has remained unchanged: to provide effective solutions at reasonable costs for clients who seek to enhance their sales and leadership teams. His unique approach focuses on building intimate, professional relationships with his clients so that he becomes exquisitely sensitive to their needs. He then helps them to expand their organization’s capacity to discover and develop sustainable solutions. With extensive experience as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and mentor, Bob has worked with a wide variety of clients throughout the US, Canada and Europe, representing an equally wide variety of industries, including: retailing, manufacturing, insurance, food & beverage, mining, finance, and computer technology. His client list features some of the best known companies in the world, such as: Pepsi-Cola Company, Dell Computer, MasterCard International, Hiram Walker and Frito-Lay. In addition to his work as a Certified MasterStream Instructor, Bob is certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is a Certified Master Trainer for DDI. He has extensive experience in helping managers and supervisors become better coaches, better communicators and better leaders — and in training trainers to become more effective presenters and facilitators. Bob lives on the outskirts of Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Karen — but you could hardly call them "empty nesters." Although their children are grown, they share their home with Chewie the cockatiel and Jake the quaker parrot.

First Five fees are available for the first five days booked in a given month, a minimum of 6 months in advance.
Short-Range fees are available to clients who make use of days remaining within a 45-day window.
Non-Profit fees are always available to qualified charitable organizations.
Cleveland fees are available for engagements within a 1-hour driving radius of the area.
Standard fees apply to all other engagements.
Participant Materials fees apply to all engagements.

Consulting Fee Schedule
As consultants, we sell our time. With our time comes all of the knowledge, skill and experience we’ve gained -- focused on whatever you need. Different clients have different needs – and different needs require different relationships. With that in mind, here are the guidelines: A Standard Contract features a reducing rate as hours accumulate over the course of the entire relationship:
	2-49 hours 50-99 hours 100-149 hours	$500/hr $450/hr $400/hr		150-199 hours 200-249 hours 250+ hours	$350/hr $300/hr $250/hr
The initial 10 hours are paid in advance. Additional hours are billed as they are used, with a 2 hour minimum session. Terms are Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.
A Retained Contract reserves an agreed upon number of hours to work on a client’s projects each month. The hourly rate is determined by the number of hours reserved for a given month:
	10-24 hours	$250/hr		25-50 hours	$200/hr
All Retained Contracts begin on the 1st of the month. Minimum reservation is 10 hours per month -- maximum is 50. 2 hour minimum session. The retained rate only applies to the number of hours reserved. Retainers are paid in advance. Unused hours are forfeited. Hours in excess of those reserved are billable at the full Standard Contract rate in effect at the time the overage occurs. Overtime hours are billed separately – terms are Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. One month written notice is required to cancel a retained relationship.
