The ChangeWorks Profile has been developed to measure
the level of productive tension experienced by members of a targeted
group across a wide range of client-specific activities. In turn,
the ChangeWorks Profile allows management to develop strategies for
better harnessing productivity.
While every ChangeWorks Profile is fully-customized to address the
specific needs of the client, they generally follow a standard pattern:
Step 1: Executive Meeting #1
The ChangeWorks Profile begins by meeting with the Executive of the
organization and any Leaders the Executive chooses to include. During
this meeting, we will discuss the Executive’s overall objectives
for the profile, gain insight into specific issues and opportunities
from the Executives’ point of view and introduce the basic
concepts of the profile.
Step 2: Leader Meeting #1
During this meeting, the leaders will help in the development of the
ChangeWorks! Profile Form — the central instrument used by
Certified MasterStream Inastructors to identify how well each individual
is prepared for the changes — and how they will respond
as the changes unfold. The ChangeWorks! System is NOT a personality
profile — but a tool for monitoring and measuring an individual’s
response potential during times of transition.
Step 3: ChangeWorks! Profile Form
Creation
Based on the trends revealed in the analysis and the discussions with
the Executive and Leaders, a ChangeWorks! Profile Form is created
for each of the groups participating in the program exploring all
skills and activities related to overcoming obstacles and achieving
the organization’s goals. Ultimately, the ChangeWorks! Profiles
are assessed and analyzed to obtain results for two critical evaluations: individual
profiles, to learn how to enhance the effectiveness of each individual
while on the job, and activity profiles, to learn what activities
may be posing the greatest difficulties for the organization.
Step 4: ChangeWorks! Profile Form
Distribution
The ChangeWorks! Profile Forms are then distributed to the participants
of the targeted group.
Step 5: ChangeWorks! Profile Form
Return
In order to ensure confidentiality, each individual is asked to return
their completed form via fax directly to the CMI. Participants
have 72 hours in which to complete and return the form.
Step 6: ChangeWorks! Individual
Profile Evaluation
For each ChangeWorks! Profile form returned, the CMI will compile the
individual’s responses to determine perceived obstacles and
challenges in performing a variety of job-related tasks. The
purpose of this step is to discover ways the organization can support
each individual on the job, and is not designed to exploit weakness
or lay blame on individuals. For this reason, utmost care is
taken to ensure complete anonymity of respondents.
Step 7: ChangeWorks! Individual Report Preparation & Analysis
For each ChangeWorks! Profile form returned to the CMI, an individual
ChangeGrid is created and analyzed in preparation for the individual
meetings with each participant.
Step 8: ChangeWorks! Activity Profile
Evaluation
Once all of the ChangeWorks! Profile forms are returned, the data is
compiled and analyzed based on the respondents' ratings of specific
job-related activities. Overall on-the-job difficulties are revealed
and measured.
Step 9: ChangeWorks! Activity Report Preparation & Analysis
The CMI will prepare a ChangeGrid as well as a written report and analysis
detailing the results of the ChangeWorks! Profile for each activity.
Step 10: Leader Meeting #2
During this meeting, the CMI will present the results of the ChangeWorks!
Profiles completed by members of each group and discuss the specific
training objectives that directly address the needs of each group.
Step 11: ChangeWorks! Results Presentation
This presentation is to provide the results of the ChangeWorks! Activity
Profiles to the participants of each group. It is in preparation
for the individual meetings and the core training program.
Step 12: Individual Meetings with
each Participant
During these private meetings the CMI will present the results of each
individual’s profile and discuss areas in need of the individual’s
attention. During these discussions, specific objectives for the
individual training sessions are identified. The highest standard
of confidentiality is maintained through an innovative technique
that maintains participant anonymity.
Step 13: Executive Meeting #2
The ChangeWorks Profile concludes by meeting with the Executive of
the organization and any Leaders the Executive chooses to include. During
this meeting, we will discuss the results of the ChangeWorks Profile
and explore ways in which the client can impact the productivity
of the targeted group.
Pricing for the ChangeWorks Profile varies widely, based on several
factors, including: the number of individuals profiled, the number
of activites assessed within the profile, the method in which the profile
is conducted, the method in which the results are shared and the type
of reporting the client requests.
The ChangeWorks Profile is available
exclusively through our team of Certified ChangeWorks Analysts.
