Biography

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Tony Vega – at age 24 – and with $3,500.00 in his pocket left his home town country to pursue a degree in International Business in Evansville, IN.

Tony graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with Emphasis on International Marketing at the University of Southern Indiana. At age 28 moved from Evansville, Indiana to Mexico City after being hired by a leading manufacturer of injection-molded plastic packaging in the U.S. owned by Goldman Sachs.

With Tony´s unique abilities and selling skills applied in Mexico and other countries in Latin America the business grew from $500,000.00 to $7MM in six years. Some of the top customers in Latin America include: Colgate Palmolive, PepsiCo, McDonalds, KFC, Unilever, Wal-mart, among others.

After almost eight years of successful experience in selling in Latin American markets Tony has decided to enter the Sales Consulting Business in Mexico where he currently resides with Erika, his wife.

In August 2005, Tony met T. Falcon Napier at a prestigious Sales Event in Mexico City. Since October 2005, Tony became a Certified MasterStream Instructor beginning his career as Sales Consultant, Speaker and Trainer.

Toluca fees are available for engagements within a 1-hour driving radius of the Toluca area.
Mexico City fees are available for engagements within the Mexico City area.
International fees are available in any country outside of Mexico. Business travel expenses are to be absorbed by the client.
Participant Materials fees apply to all engagements.
Consulting Fee Schedule

As consultants, we sell our time. With our time comes all of the knowledge, skill and experience we’ve gained -- focused on whatever you need. Different clients have different needs – and different needs require different relationships. With that in mind, here are the guidelines:

A Standard Contract features a reducing rate as hours accumulate over the course of the entire relationship:

10-24 hours $250/hr 25-50 hours
$200/hr
The initial 10 hours are paid in advance. Additional hours are billed as they are used, with a 2 hour minimum session. Terms are Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.
All Standard Contracts begin on the 1st of the month. Minimum reservation is 10 hours per month -- maximum is 50. 2 hour minimum session. The retained rate only applies to the number of hours reserved. Retainers are paid in advance. Unused hours are forfeited. Hours in excess of those reserved are billable at the full Standard Contract rate in effect at the time the overage occurs. Overtime hours are billed separately – terms are Net 10 Days. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. One month written notice is required to cancel a retained relationship.
